Other Ways to Give
In Honor - In Memory
Your generous donation in the name of a friend or loved one will support and expand our important work throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area. When we receive your gift, we will mail a personalized card notifying the individual or family you have chosen to remember.
Workplace Giving
Because your gift goes twice as far, matching gifts provide essential funding that enable CHOICE to provide quality services to more than 50,000 people a year. To find out if your employer participates in a matching gift program, contact your Human Resources Department.
Combined Federal Campaign
If you are a federal employee, you can support the work of CHOICE by participating in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Remember to include our CFC Code 8551 on your donation designation form.
United Way Donor Option
If you contribute to United Way of Southeastern
Pennsylvania through employer participation or individual giving, you
can put your United Way donations to work for the thousands of individuals
in our community who turn to choice for education, counseling and referrals.

Bequests
The most common planned gift is a bequest through
